Tops were tipped instead of hedged. Planted biodynamically and then farmed organically every year but 1. We have gone back to the biodynamic roots. BD sprays started in 2020.
High altitude (500ft) and high clay soils.
All Pinot noir- Pommard, 677, 114 and 115 clones.
Planted in 2011 and 2012 this exuberant vineyard is starting to show its roots.

McMinnville AVA
Adopted after harvest 2017. No-till farmed, mowed 3 times. No wine made in the smoky 2020 vintage.
Some biodynamic preps and sulfur sprayed to bring up diversity, previously conventionally farmed.
Low-wind site, nestled in a forest.
Own-rooted, approx 25-year-old Pinot noir and Pinot Gris
(clones unknown).
